Contract Information for 2012:

BASIC Banquet Hall Rental: seats up to 150 Guests 
Mornings/Afternoons: 4-6 hours   Sunday through Saturday, between 9am-3pm     $875.00
Evenings  4-6 hours                        Sunday through Thursday, between 5pm-12mid   $875.00
Evenings  4-6 hours                        Friday                                                                      $975.00

One fourth (¼) Deposit is required to hold any date for an event. Two months prior to the event, one half (1/2) is required to continue holding the date.  Total amount is due 1 month prior to event.    Two (2) months prior to the event, (50%) of the down payment received is non-refundable.  One (1) month prior to the event, (75%) of the down payment received is non-refundable.
 
Separate $250 deposit is required for damages to the facility & extended carpet cleaning;
deposit is returned to signee after 7 days providing guest met facility stipulations,
(to include items missing from facility).                                                                                         $250.00
Extended Carpet cleaning/damage (ex: gum, glitter, dark liquid spills, carpet tears)                 $300.00

Banquet Room to include:  Table linens and Chair Covers (white only), In House Décor (if client wishes to use), and
Dining Ware available ($3.00 per set, per guest). Two hours allowed for decorating; 30 minutes to break down.
Stereo Equipment and PA system rental is available with set up                                                             $200.00
  
**Children must be monitored at all times while in the facility**
The Ultimate Place has the right to refuse service to anyone unruly or will not comply with the requirements of the facility.
